Flip Flops or Crocs are recommended shoes for Campers.

Where are the drop off and pick up procedures?

Location, Parking & Portico Drop-Off/Pick-up (Only offered for ages 5 & up)
Champions Westlake Summer Camps are held at 2805 Bee Cave Rd. Suite 405 in the Shoppes at Mira Vista located at the first light (at Edge Grove Dr), just west of Mopac.  For your convenience, children 5 & older may be dropped off with a Champions staff member at the portico (side entrance). Please access this drop off area from the west side of the building. Children ages 2 – 4 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when checking in and out with their coach.

Arrival and Pick-up
Campers will start in their stations right away, so please arrive promptly at 9:00 to give them the full experience!
When you arrive, check the group lists in the lobby to confirm your child’s name and first rotation. Drop off any belongings at the group cubbies in the space labeled with their name and head on over to check-in.

Portico drop-off and pick-up procedures (for ages 5+) are as follows:
– Enter only from around the back of the building heading east from behind Trader Joe’s
– Form 1 line for drop off.
– Drive slowly and watch for a staff member to help you with your child.
– Print the attached placard and place in your driver’s side dashboard to help us identify your child’s name and group for the remainder of the week.

***THE FRONT DOOR OF CHAMPIONS IS NOT A DROP-OFF ZONE AS IT INVOLVES A FIRE LANE.***

How are camp groups assigned?

Camp groups are assigned by ages. Each group will have at least one lead counselor that rotates with them throughout the day. An additional coach is assigned at each station to lead the daily activities planned. It would be unusual for siblings who are different ages to end up in the same group, so please prepare your children by letting them know ahead of time that they will be in different groups.  In addition to the group and station counselors, there will also be a group of 11 – 14 year old Crew Campers that stay and rotate with the campers throughout the day, so, at every station the camper-to-staff ratio is unbeatable! You will love getting to know these awesome folks, and they can hardly wait to meet you!
